VORTEX DISTRIBUTION is a CD Distribution company based in the small town of Bellingen, near Coffs Harbour on Australia's North Coast of New South Wales. We are Australian and New Zealand Distributors for a number of CD companies, carrying Classical (especially Modern and Early), Folk, Traditional, World, and a little Jazz, Funk and related fields. We're always looking for more material to distribute....
Our catalogue of exciting music will be in place in early August.
Vortex is also releasing CDs of Bellingen artists. Our first recording, out later this year, is a recording of original poetry by NSW artist Michael Berry, sung by former South Australian Opera diva Patricia Hemingway to original piano accompaniment by Stan Day. The songs are mostly about love; they are very personal and moving.
